Vendor Setup: Tuesday December 16, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm NO EARLY ENTRY

BOOTH FEE

Daily Fee $200 for a booth inside Barnett Arena, Daily Fee $250 for a booth in the concourse and Daily Fee $300 for booth in the Summit Arena. A completed application and a non-refundable 50% deposit must be received by October 1, 2025.

The full balance is due by before December 1, 2025.

 

Barnett and Summit Arena booth fee includes 2 tournament passes. Concourse booths do not include any tournament passes.

EXHIBITION SPACE

Exhibitors will receive an 8’X10’ booth, one table & two chairs. Additional tables are available at an extra charge, with advanced notice. The LNI board will assign display areas according to receipt of applications and fees. If you currently hold a SD sales tax license, please display it in your booth. Otherwise, forms will be provided at registration.

 

RULES

All work must be for sale.

No sacred pipes may be displayed and no eagle feathers or parts from endangered species may be offered for sale.

Booths must be manned throughout hours of operation and all table covers must be flame resistant.

Vendors not having a SD sales tax license will be provided a packet to collect SD sales tax.

No merchandise with the LNI Logo (trademarked) may be sold or advertised. 

 

ELIGIBILITY

Fine Artists, Arts and craft, non-profit organizations, commercial vendors and artists may apply.

SCHEDULE

Check-in / booth set-up:

Tues. Dec. 16th, from 5-7pm      NO EARLY ENTRY

(Check-in is located by Room 101)

Wednesday                   8:00 am – 6pm

Thursday                      8:00 am – 6pm

Friday                          8:00 am – 6pm

Saturday                      8:00 am – 12pm

 

Limited security will be provided during market hours and the building will be secured after hours.

Lakota National Invitational is not responsible for loss, damage or theft.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

  • Completed and signed application

  • 50% deposit

 

You will be invoiced once a form has been submitted.

ADVANCED PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE WITH CHECKS, MONEY ORDER, CREDIT CARDS (pay through your emailed invoice) 

 

ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK AND NO BASKETBALLS CAN BE SOLD or given away!!!!!!!!
